My husband and I recently brought our 18 month old here for the ‘Birds class’. We were very impressed with the facility. The teacher was waiting to greet us & immediately interacted with our daughter. There’s an area for children and parents to sit/play while you wait for your class. Free coffee, water & fruit snacks on offer. The gym itself was well equipped with age appropriate, good quality equipment. It is a safe and child friendly environment. My daughter enjoyed the different aspects of the class which involved a range of activities from a warm up using musical instruments and singing, gymnastics skills (bars, beam, floor skills such as a forward roll using a wedge, jumping using a springboard), ball play with a focus on developing coordination. The activities were well timed and suited the needs, abilities (and attention span!) of the group. The teacher constantly interacted and encouraged the children. This is an experience we look forward to repeating with our daughter. It was great to see her confidence increase from the beginning to the end of the lesson.
We joined the Little Gym for several months and my son loved it!
The equipment, instructors, and lessons are all of a very high standard! Very professional! It is `real` gymnastics… not just `run around like a monkey`:-)
My three year old son learnt quite a lot during his time there.
Unfortunately, the drive from Pipera to Unirii is long and almost impossible during the week due to traffic. We did the Sunday class… But then of course missed quite a few lessons due to other plans.
It is rumored that another branch will be opening in Pipera this summer!! That would be great if this is true!
