Dino Parc
It’s not in Bucharest, but we felt it must be listed here! Dino Parc opened in the summer of 2015 and has become one of Romania’s top family-friendly days out. A collection of large-scale model dinosaurs (the largest is 20m tall) are dotted throughout the park, which also features a volcano and a large play area. There is a 4D simulator for older kids, a reasonably-priced restaurant, and a well-stocked shop.
Accommodation is available in Brasov or nearby in Rasnov itself.

Fun day out for the kids. As well as the models, there are some high wire installations and a park as well. We went just after it opened in the summer and there was only one cafe with seats. If I went again I would take my own picnic.
