BucaKids and BucaBooks
BucaKids and BucaBooks are based in Pipera and offer second hand books (currently French only) and clothes for the benefit of Valentina Romania. Visit the two different showrooms to drop off donations (donations are either sold in the showroom or given directly to those in need) and to browse their collections. All the clothes, books, toys etc are in excellent condition and very reasonably priced.
WHEN? Every Friday from 8.30 am to 2.00 pm, or by appointment on other days (contact Claire : 0722 239 855)
WHERE? Voluntari 53 IV Drumul Potcoavei
WHAT? A collection of very nice children’s clothes for kids from 0 to 14 years, games, as well as equipment for children. All items are in excellent condition. Any donated item that does not look brand new is donated directly to other charitable associations.
WHY? We are Valentina’s Volunteers collecting resources for www.valentina-romania.ro to help underprivileged children to have a better life.
HOW? Please visit our place or bring us things for children in good condition (washed and ironed) so we can update our offer.

I’d heard of BucaBooks and BucaKids before, but went for the first time last week and was really impressed! They have so may clothes in different sizes, and loads of games and toys in great condition.
